You certainly did. We guarantee we will build your home in 12 weeks or we will pay you $150 a day until we finish!*
What materials do you use?
Good old bricks and mortar or modern hebel – exactly like any other build! The only difference is, we’ll do it faster. No sticks or straw here.
But, is it good quality?
Of course. At Lofty we take quality seriously and will never compromise on it. FastTrack homes are built with the same high-quality materials we use on all our builds – the only difference is the time frame.
How do House & Land Packages work?
We have a number of great House & Land Packages all around Adelaide that are available with FastTrack! If they aren’t right for you, we can source land for you and make your very own FastTrack package.
Is it going to cost me more?
No! If anything, the quicker build time will save you money. Whether you are a first home buyer or investor, you will save in rent and interest, helping you get into your new home sooner.
Everything about a FastTrack build is the same – the only change is the time frame.
How can you build it so fast?
We have used our years of experience to hone our build process – we have perfected the fussy, small details that can slow a build down. It’s a combination of expert scheduling and our use of fantastic, dedicated trades working better and smarter – with no compromise on quality.
Am I going to be limited to certain designs?
Absolutely not! We’re a custom builder, we believe in flexibility – as long as your design meets FastTrack basic requirements, we can build it! For details, ask your friendly Sales Consultant.
What if I want to upgrade?
At Lofty, we pride ourselves on our flexibility. If you want to upgrade some options in your FastTrack build, you can! Some upgrade items may increase your build time – please ask your friendly Sales Consultant for a full list of details.

Provisos, limitations and FastTrack eligibility:
The home must be single storey. Total floor area must be 200m2 or under – as long as it’s in this range the design possibilities are completely up to you! Upgrade items – such as floor to ceiling tiles, stone bench tops and other items can definitely be added, but some will require additional time. Please speak to your friendly Sales Consultant for a full list of inclusions. Does not include “Turnkey” items such as perimeter paving, driveway, landscaping, rainwater tank. Land must be flat otherwise extra time applies. “Acts of God” and Inclement Weather Clauses – as responsible builders, we need to abide by heat and weather policies for the safety of our contractors, and sometimes bad weather will get in our way. Sometimes this will impact build times which is unfortunately out of our hands. Any delays by the client, such as payment delays or change of mind, will not be covered by the 12 week guarantee. 12 weeks starts after “slab poured” – either the date of payment for the footings poured or 7 days after the footings pour, whichever is later, and finishes at practical completion. 12 weeks is also subject to Public Holidays and Christmas closures – you will be notified of any impacts. $150 a day refers to working days only. Lofty Building Group Pty Ltd will pay $150 a day for every day we are late until practical completion is achieved. Lofty Building Group Pty Ltd will pay the customer the total lump sum of the $150 for every day they are late at the time of practical completion, transferred directly into the customers nominated bank account. ^Subject to eligibility – First new home buyers in SA may now be eligible for $40,000 in grants towards their new home build (combining the Federal Government’s $25,000 HomeBuilder stimulus package with the existing $15,000 State Government incentive).
